My client was having pelvic floor pain and a sharp nervy sensation in her genitals.
骨盤底と性器に鋭い神経痛のある女性患者。
It sounded like her pudendal nerve was impinged.
陰部神経のインピンジメントがあるようだった。
The pudendal nerve passes over the sacrospinous ligament (SSL) and under the sacrotuberous ligament (STL)on its way to the pelvic floor.
陰部神経は、骨盤底に向かう途中で仙棘靭帯（SSL）の上を通り、仙結節靭帯（STL）の下を通る。
NKT testing found the STL neurologically overactive and the obturator internus underactive (photo of test).
NKTの検査で、STLが過活動、内閉鎖筋が活動低下であると分かった（写真）。
Downregulated the STL and activated the obturator internus.
STLを下方制御し、内閉鎖筋を活性化した。
After several reps of the protocol the nervy pain in her genitals diminished and her pelvic floor relaxed.
何度か繰り返した後、性器の神経痛は減少し、骨盤底は緩んだ。

陰部神経
第１～４仙骨神経から分かれて仙結節靱帯の近くを走行、陰部神経管を通り会陰部の皮下や骨盤底筋・括約筋に分布。
肛門部～会陰部の知覚（痛みや触覚など）を支配する。
